Welcome to Liberty Park

Freedom cannot be taken for granted. That is the message of Liberty Park in Overloon. In the museum, situated in this beautiful and wooded park, you will experience the occupation and the persecution, but also the resistance and D-Day. And, of course, the Battle at Overloon during the liberation of the southern Netherlands. As a visitor, you are invited to think about war and oppression. How far are you allowed to go when the issue concerns keeping and, if need be, winning back freedom?

Opening dates
The museum is open all year round, except on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, 31 December and New Year’s Day.

Opening hours
Monday – Friday: 10:00-17:00
Weekend and holidays: 11:00-17:00

We recommend that you allow 3-4 hours for your visit.

Admission
Adults and ages 13+: 12,50

Ages 4-12: 8,00

Group rates are available. Groups are classified as 20 or more people

Catering facilities
The Museum Café is open during opening times of the museum and offers a fine selection of cold and hot food and drinks. Catering packages for groups (20 people or more) are available as well.

Accessibility
The museum is accessible to all visitors, regardless of disability. Some wheelchairs are available at the entrance of the park.
